We talk about parentRefs and targetRefs in the ambient docs but we don't actually define anything in the Istio docs about what those are, short of reference docs that explain they exist.

We should have some sort of "About Gateway API types" in the concepts section and we should have glossary entries for all appropriate Gateway API concepts.
