increase recursion limit by default

Sometimes recursion limits are reached when hierarchically clustering data. We might want to increase the limit by default using the following code

import sys
sys.setrecursionlimit(10**6)

Describe the solution you'd like
We could have this be a part of the initialization of clustergrammer2 and have a default argument set to True.
