KQC reload changes Junction cells

What happened? What you expected to happen?

I've just downloaded and installed KQC on Windows 64, KLayout 0.29.2. After importing the "Manhattan" and "Manhattan Single Junction" cells into my layout, if I reload the KQC libraries three times the "Manhattan" cell suddenly turns into the "Manhattan Single Junction". If I then also instance other cells from the Junction or Qubit libraries (e.g. a "Swissmon", see pic)
and then reload the libraries, all the junctions turn into a "Manhattan Single Junction".

Versions

KLayout: 0.29.2/0.28.14
OS: Windows 64

Issue Severity

Medium: significant difficulty but I can work around it
