Grant access to Cloud SQL using Cloud IAM authentication

Annotators added as users to Cloud SQL have access to SQL through built-in authentication method involving the use of a username and password. Can we add other authentication methods such as cloud IAM authentication? This allows access with the use of email and service accounts.
