Overview

@alvarocasadoc I just done the ToolTipButton component, but i think we need to "activate" the tooltip function and i don't sure how to do it just in stoorybook https://getbootstrap.com/docs/4.1/components/tooltips/

We're not currently using bootstrap. I think you can implement this by your own with Javascript and CSS. Maybe just using a fade animation to toggle the tooltip visibility would work 😉
