Swagger definition is (apparently) out of date

There is a comment in the source of docs/source/index.rst that reads:

Next two lines commented out because the Swagger definition is out of date
You can find details on the REST API at the `SwaggerHub API Documentation <https://app.swaggerhub.com/apis-docs/albertcrowley/PyNIDM>`_.
The OpenAPI specification file is part of the Github repository in 'docs/REST_API_definition.openapi.yaml'

Interestingly, the corresponding lines in the README are not commented out.
