Fiji Managed Installation

Plugins can be installed and updated through Fiji/ImageJ 2 Update Center

Overview

Add following to Updates sites: https://sites.imagej.net/IJ-Plugins/

Detailed Steps

1. Select Help > Update and wait for update to finish.
2. Click on Manage update sites.
3. Click on Add update site.
4. Under Name type "IJ-Plugins", under URL type "https://sites.imagej.net/IJ-Plugins/". Make sure that the check box next to the name "IJ-Plugins" is selected. Click Close
5. Click on Apply changes
6. Restart ImageJ
