Our documentation is now officially located at https://icecube.github.io/pisa/, so please use that url instead.

Didn't you read the comment? The documentation is now at https://icecube.github.io/pisa/, please use that instead of the old html in Phillips directory..

Please pull from Master one more time to fix the checks and then it should be fine to be closed.
