[Feature] add option for 'file_extension' e.g. 'Editing php file', 'Editing js file'

Hello there. At times I would like to hide my actual file name but show what type of file am working on (either for privacy reasons or e.t.c). It would be a nice addition for a '{file_extension}' option so Discord would say something like

• Editing php file
• Editing js file
• Debugging dart file
