Create camera configurations for using custom cameras

Add the ability to add custom stereo camera configurations into the toolkit (like the devices listed in the camera_serials.ini file). Should also add a load/save system for these custom stereo camera configurations.
The toolkit has the ability to process a number of different types of camera including Basler, Imaging Source, Vimba, and UVC so it could open the toolkit to wider use.
