Description

Ropsten is no longer maintained by go-ethereum, the chain is end-of-life and is being superseded by Sepolia as a new proof-of-work ethereum testnet.

Acceptance Criteria

  • Add sepolia configs to besu
  • Remove ropsten configs from besu
  • terminate ropsten-miner ec2 instance
  • stand-up sepolia miner ec2 instance
