Integrate DID resolver

We are currently using simplistic implementation diddoc/src/aries/diddoc. With recent addition of a way more robust implementation #812 we now need to integrate these crates with aries-vcx in favor of the current minimal implementation.

Its important to assure Connection in completed state continues functioning, as it stores and relies on DidDoc of counterparty.
