Usage

This service mimics the main product carousel on the wayfair website. https://www.wayfair.com/outdoor/pdp/design-toscano-celestial-harmony-sun-moon-wall-decor-txg1060.html. ## Related Projects lists other services from the same website.

Requirements

Step 1: Install Dependencies

From within the root directory:

npm install --production

Step 2: Install MongoDB

Follow the instructions for your set up to install the community version, at least version 4.2 at https://www.mongodb.com/try The database name is fec.

If you are setting up on an Ubuntu, use this guide: https://docs.mongodb.com/v4.2/tutorial/install-mongodb-on-ubuntu/

Seed the Database

From within the root directory: npm run seed

Once finished, ctrl-c should return control to the terminal If you run into any problems, the seed file is database/seed.js.

Build the webpack bundle

From within the root directory:

npm run build

Start the Server

From within the root directory:

npm start

Current port is set to 5001. You can change this from within server/server.js.
