Add room descriptions on dashboard, limit room name/description length in dialog #36

The dashboard should display the following information about a room:

name
description
amount of players
buttons to enter and to remove the room (buttons have restricted access, see other issues)

Room name and description should have a limited length on the room creation dialog. The limit is TBD.
