Swift Flight Form passive being given to all druids

The code in 6 - playercreateinfo_spell.sql grants spell (https://wotlk.evowow.com/?spell=40121) - Swift Flight Form(Passive) resulting in druid characters moving at 200% movement speed across all forms.

Has this been resolved? I don't see that file in the archive. Were the files just merged? I could see a few mentions in ARAC.SQL for lines like
