Impossible to update the plugin

Hello,

thank you for this great plugin !

Just a message to warn because it seems impossible to uptade the plugin in order to install the 1.04 version.
My Obsidian has the latest version (both the app and the installer), but when i click to update the plugin, it's like nothings happend and the button "update" stays there.

I don't know if i'm the problem, but some people i know has the same issue and i tried iwth the sandbox vault and that's the same.

Do you know if i'm doing something wrong or anyway to solve the problem ?

I have the same issue. Probably because the manifest.json file for the 1.0.4 release still says 1.0.3 in it. My assumption, since 1.0.4 says it brought command palette functionality, and this is available to me, even though the version displayed is 1.0.3, I assume I have the 1.0.4 release, it just still uses 1.0.3 as the version number.
