Add launchTemplateConfigurations section to aws_imagebuilder_distribution_configuration

Description

The UI and docs refer to launchTemplateConfigurations but this is not available in aws_imagebuilder_distribution_configuration resources. The setDefaultVersion attribute would be super useful.
