Shapefile writer is behaving differently for execution via UI (expected result) and via CLI (one type missing)

When executing a project in the hale studio app via UI and via CLI, different results are exported.
It is a project with 5 types in the target schema created from 5 shapefiles.
When executing the transformation via the UI and exporting the data, files for all 5 types are exported.
When doing the same via the CLI, files are only created for 4 of them - one is missing.

In case the project and batch file is needed for re-production, please feel free to get in touch.

@emanuelaepure10 I seem to remember that you investigated this issue a while ago. Any chance that it could be set to done?
