Change Cursor On Resource Hover for Map View

It was described that one potential enhancement would be to change the cursor upon highlighting of a clickable entity on the map. This way the user can know that they're able to click on that point.

Can look into using the eventListener for mouse events (see here and here) and respond with a cursor change based on that.
