Improve UX for protest date selection

This is a suggestion for improvements to the "add_protest" page

Incentive -

• Improve clarity of adding a recurring protest
• Ease of use when selecting dates

How?

"Google calendar like" feature

1. Modify fields content per the mockup

• Field names. for example: "שם המקום"
• Field placeholder. for example: "כפי שתושבי האיזור מכירים אותו"
  

2. Modify date & time field

• Display date & time fields side by side
• no change to current behavior
• Default value- current date & current time
• Time selection options should be rounded by 30 minutes - 17:00, 17:30, 18:00... (optional)

3. Add recurring protest feature
Options:

• One time (default) - "חד פעמי"
• Weekly on [current week day] - "{שבועי בימי {יום_בשבוע"
• Weekly on the current day and the day before - " { בועי ב {יום בשבוע והיום לפניו"
• Custom - "בהתאמה אישית"

4. Clicking on "בהתאמה אישית" will open a lightbox Nice to have

• Title "תדירות מותאמת אישית"
• "חזרה בכל"

• Option selection: Week (default) / Day

• Buttons -
  ** "ביטול" -clicking will discard the selection & close the box
  ** ״שמור״ (selected) - clicking will save the selection & close the box

• clicking outside the box will work the same as clicking on "ביטול"
  

5. comments field "הערות"

• When writing more than one sentence of comments it's really hard to see them cause its on the same line.
• Possible solution - Change the field to a text area.
