Hello,

I can see this will create an image so my understanding is...

Packer downloads the ISO to the defined VMware datastore
Packer creates a VM and mount the ISO
Packer mounts a floppy on the fly containing the scripts in the setup folder
Packer Mounts a floppy containing the autounattend.xml
Packer then creates an template.

So the question is we will end up deploying machine's from a template with the same GUIDS and SIDS unless packer syspreps the template?
