Keeps opening a tab for an update that doesn't exist

• Extension version: 7.1.6
• Browser name & version: Chrome Version 86.0.4240.111 (Official Build) (64-bit)
• Operating system & version: Windows 10

I keep getting the update popup despite from what I can tell being on the latest version already.
I am on 7.1.6 and the latest version on GitHub is also 7.1.6
