To be honest, I don't like the icon that much. To me, it suggests something too much like a forest. I also don't really understand what the little dots around the tree signify. Perhaps we can also use a colour closer to the color of landuse=field?

Dutch topographic maps render tree nurserys as a field of dots. See d in the landuse on the lower right on this legenda.

I also think that this icon is rather poor - it is unclear that it is a plant nursery. In fact conifer tree for something that may be an orchid plant nursery is a rather poor idea.
