Chain reorganization introduces duplicate transactions from cache syncer #28

When a chain re-org occurs, cache will have 2 (successful/mined) records for a particular tx. This can possibly stall the syncer as cic-cache wasn't meant to handle such a edge case (re-org). This also means that tx records/deriving double can can be misleading/not possible.
