Android UI popup opens in a new window

When using the phone UI on a small device, popups open in a new window. This applies to uBlock and the window does not scale, displaying in the corner like an image.

Preferably, on small screens we should inject a JS popup overlay in the same tab (like those ads) for the same effect so FF stays in the current window.
