Describe the bug

Doesn't install correctly, due to TryGhost/node-sqlite3#1552

This blocks deployment of demos / gh-pages

To Reproduce

Run npm install in this demo while on a mac without python 2.7 installed

Expected behavior

no errors

Additional context

I'm gonna try some of the workarounds suggested in the bug, otherwise we'll have to figure out a temporary solution to enable publishing demos
