Add argument options to AnimationPlayer for auto capture #91481

Follow up #91437.

Add option for auto capture interpolation. This is expected to substitute for the deprecated capture + cubic interpolation as easing will be performed in such case #86715 (review). cc @Calinou @KoBeWi
