[3.x] Fix C# bindings generator for default value types #49702

3.x version of #45424. I made this earlier but I forgot to submit it.

This only changes (aka fixes) the actual behavior in two cases:

  • PhysicsServer AreaAddShape
  • PhysicsServer BodyAddShape
