Unpublished New Lesson in course builder "View" click opens course builder in new tab instead of lesson draft preview

Reproduction Steps

• Add a new lesson to course builder and save
• Click "view" on an unpublished lesson
• Notice how the course builder loads in a new tab instead of the lesson in draft preview status

Expected Behavior

Clicking "view" on an unpublished lesson from the course builder should load the lesson preview in draft status in a new tab similar to how a blog post creator can preview a post on the frontend of the website before publishing

Actual Behavior

Unpublished New Lesson in course builder "View" click opens course builder in new tab instead of lesson draft preview

• Locally
• On a staging site
• On a production website
• With only LifterLMS and a default theme

The new lesson appears to be Published even though the Published flag hasn't been set. Saving changes then refreshing will show both the "View" permalink and will show the lesson as Published.
