I'm French and I use your add-on. How do I make your add-on ignore the french article l' in front of the word I'm researching. For example, I'm looking to research l'hémochromatose but I just want any card related to hémochromatose. If I double-click on "hémochromatose" it will automatically highlight l'hémochromatose which I don't want because most of my cards talk about une hémochromatose
