My environment was:

OS: macOS Ventura 13.2.1
Anki: Version ⁨2.1.60 (76d88073)⁩

The message popped out during booting Anki in restart

Error

Have put a _editor.css under /Users/me/Library/Application Support/Anki2/me/collection.media
