This issue is supposed to centralize all feature requests and list what features are currently worked upon.

If you have a request, please comment below with the use-case you have for it.

Currently, we are working on:

Reverse Cuthill-McKee (Reverse Cuthill-McKee #500)
AMG (Amgx parallel graph match reference and fill_seq_array #528, Multigrid solver (V, W, F and K cycle) and example #542, AmgxPgm cuda/hip/omp implementation and matrix/array utils #695)
Induced Dimension Reduction (IDR) (Idr solver #620)
Compressed Basis GMRES (Add Compressed Basis GMRES (CB-GMRES) #693, where krylov bases are stored in lower precision)
Computation of absolutes of matrices (Add absolute of matrix format #636)
Multi-GPU support (currently testing if it performs better than on a single GPU)
Incomplete Cholesky (Incomplete Cholesky factorizations and preconditioners #672)
Distributed executor with MPI (Create a clean distributed-ginkgo branch #907).
L1 norm (Feature request: Adding an L1 norm calculation #798, L1 norm implementation #900)
