Create a function to import feb files to the febio_spec struct type. I.e. the inverse of febioStruct2xml

@DavidBioComp not yet sorry, this is challenging. I think it will be a lot of work to make this and I currently do not have the time to work on it. There are work arounds to edit already created files, e.g. by parsing them as text files (searching for content, replacing it and exporting the file again). Alternatively you can use the actual XML file interface in MATLAB.
