Completed with the PRs above.

We also validated not collecting unwanted data by looking at the JSON of a couple of recorded SDK crash events. Furthermore, the allowlist in the event_stripper and only keeping SDK frames and system frames ensures not recording unwanted data. Finally, only Sentry employees have access to the recorded data, which could look at the original data anyways.
