It would be useful if manage.py send_test_email allowed you to specify a recipient instead of sending the test to whatever address is specified in REDASH_MAIL_DEFAULT_SENDER="".

I run re:dash on a subdomain and am using Mailgun for alerts, but since I use Google Apps and their MX records for my domain, my Mailgun address can't deliver email to itself.
