User story
As an admin, I want to respond/help the end-user with reported problems/issues/feedback so that users can continue to experience the application features smoothly and maintain the terms & privacy policy.

Acceptance criteria

  • Shortlist should receive user problems/issues/feedback priority-wise.
  • Shortlist should resolve and respond to user problems/issues/feedback priority-wise.
  • Shortlist should maintain receiving count criteria to prevent spam requests.
