[WP 6.6] Icon List block - Pasting list items only pastes as a single item

Describe the bug

• Instead of list items being pasted as one Icon List Item each in the Icon List block, it pastes all items as a single Icon List Item only
• Issue happens whether I paste on another doc file, WordPress List block, or Stackable Icon List block

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Add a new page
2. Add an Icon List block
3. Add a WordPress List block and add items
4. Select and copy all list items from the WP List block
5. Paste to the Stackable List block
6. See that it only pastes as a single Icon List item

Expected behavior

• When pasting list items in the Icon List block, it should show as one Icon List Item for each item
• Here's an example of what is expected to happen (WP 6.5 and older):
