Advanced Shadow Options - When picking a theme color and I changed any shadow options, it returns back to Black #3176

Describe the bug

Issue happens if I select a Theme Color from the color palette/picker
Another issue is it's glitching when reselecting the theme color
Issue doesn't happen with 2024 and other WordPress themes
Issue happens with themes such as Blocksy, Astra, Neve, etc.

Workaround

Use Stackable Global Colors for now

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Add a new page
Add any block (e.g. Heading)
In Inspector, go to Style > Borders & Shadows
Click Shadow Settings
Add a Shadow Color by choosing any theme color
Change any Advanced Shadow Options
See that the Shadow Color changed to black

Expected behavior

Shadow Color should not change to black when selecting a theme color as a shadow color in Shadow Settings and changed shadow setttings
Select Shadow Color should still retain
