[Live Minting] Mint pass should display minted tokens

Currently, once a token is minted with the mint pass on the onboarding flow, there is no feedback on how many tokens were minted. Moreover, once the event is over, we would like to see the tokens minted with this mint pass during the event.

First of all, we propose adding a recap & state of the minting at the top of the minting flow, under the balance, so that users can see what they've minted and what's left for them to mint.

Moreover, once the event is finished, we want to display a list of the tokens minted with the mint pass, so that the QR Code acts a permanent pointer to what happened during the event. Makes the item more valuable and consistent a way.

TODO:

• run a small indexer locally to keep track of the mint state of the pass
• add pass state & minting progress at the top of the flow
• turn the mint pass into a viewer once the event is finished (or the mint pass is consumed, but only when loading ?)
