Remove direct cURL calls
create abstract communication engine interface
- add dynamic resolution of implementation based on scheme://
- add dynamic resolution of implementation based on runtime (e.g. vanilla PHP vs libev/libeven/libuv vs HHVM vs etc.)
- integrate with AsyncSteps event loop auto-detection (Add runtime-specific event loop implementations core-php-ri-asyncsteps#1)
