NuGet Package not updated to version 2.2?

Thanks for the great template.. it's AWESOME! I followed the instructions for getting started but the index.html file is still pointing at

So I believe the nuget package is not pulling the updated files. Looking at the source in the git repo it's pointing to 5.1.0.
