添加fgsl的使用示例具有以下优点：

适合算法演示
可以向用户展现C-Fortran交互
fgsl有着丰富的函数库

缺点：

fgsl和gsl基于gpl许可证
不建议将闭源项目使用fgsl

任务

演示一个求解平均值和方差的例子（简单）
演示一个数值微分的例子（复杂）
