top list

functionality

  • save bridge
  • rebase bridge
  • hooks for new record found
  • hooks for pull
  • know when to stop
  • shrink table size when necessary
  • increase mask to 128 bit
  • integrate manager and main_work?

interface

  • print stuff
  • print stuff with buffer, print with flag is easy and good enough
  • other platform
  • draw bridge, use svg (xml), too hard.
  • update force info in file

    efficiency

  • multi-thread (one thread is fast enough, multi-thread should be for different manager)

analyze component

  • change things to local (independent from manager, useful for client-server based program)
  • change Gaussian algorithm (might affect precision)

optimize component

  • more aggressive dynamic-programming
