Updates related to the supported Python versions:
ubuntu-20.04(rather than ubuntu-latest), in order to fix errors with Python 3.6 tests (since Python 3.6 is EOL and not supported byubuntu-22.04- see Python 3.6 x64 on Linux: Error: Version 3.6 with arch x64 not found actions/setup-python#544 (comment)).
