I found this app by accident when searching on Flathub. Normally I type "2fa" into the search bar but this time I wrote "otp". Maybe try adding tags (if something like this even exists, no idea) or change the description to also include this term.

Thank you very much for your suggestion.
Honestly I have to revive this project a little bit, because it's a few versions behind Android.
But I'll look into this ☺️
