<p> The materials will cover the following topics:
<ul>
<li>developing a competitive business idea</li>
<li>technical requirements needed to set up an online shop</li>
<li>administrating an online-shop as to:
<ul>
<li>administrating products and product categories</li>
<li>basic design, using templates and pre-made modules</li>
<li>adding product pictures</li>
<li>creating meaningful shop content (especially regarding product descriptions, basics of search engine optimisation)</li>
<li>adding correct legal terms and conditions, contact information</li>
<li>setting up tax information, shipping rates</li>
</ul>
<li>processing orders and customer communication</li>
<li>evaluating shop performance, calculating key figures</li>
</ul>

<ul>
