As it says on the tin.

lotusd should populate ~/.bashrc with FULLNODE_API_INFO
lotus-miner should populate ~/.bashrc with MINER_API_INFO

We should make sure that we dynamically load any tokens from a secure place instead of storing them directly in .bashrc
