test: switch back to builtin-actors "master" #1840

And disable "experimental/fvm-m2" features in tests. Otherwise, maintaining our "next" branches becomes difficult: we'd need an "experimental/fvm-m2-next" branch corresponding to the "next" branch here.... which I'm not going to do.
