In order to provide a good testing experience, spin-test itself needs to be well tested.

The following are high-level areas of testing:

  • Ensuring that any valid Spin app can successfully be composed with the router, spin-test-virt, and spin-wasi-virt.
  • Ensuring that any valid spin-test test can successfully be composed with the above.
  • Validating the correctness of the router, spin-wasi-virt and spin-test-virt
