试了添加参数--ip --port都没用，但是本地可以打开，请问有什么解决办法吗

请检查一下云服务器的安全组，是否禁止了5000或对应端口的访问权限。

我也遇到了，我用的恒源云，可以设置自定义服务，--port之后可以在恒源云网页控制后台打开
